CloudProof by BuriCloud

Terms & billing

Plain-English rules for paying for CloudProof by BuriCloud — how plans, proration, account limits and cancellation work. Questions: support@buri.cloud.

Who you're buying from

Paddle is our merchant of record. When you subscribe, your purchase and payment are handled by Paddle, who act as the seller of record and take care of sales tax / VAT worldwide. Your card statement shows Paddle, and Paddle's buyer terms apply to the transaction alongside this page. We never see or store your full card details.

Plans & billing

Changing plans

You can switch plans yourself, any time, from the billing page — the change takes effect immediately:

Account limits & pausing

Each plan covers a set number of connected AWS accounts. If you downgrade to a plan that allows fewer accounts than you currently have connected, the extra accounts are paused rather than deleted:

Refunds

Because plan changes are prorated and unused time is returned as account credit, switching plans never needs a card refund. If you believe you were charged in error, email support@buri.cloud — refunds are issued at our discretion and processed by Paddle as merchant of record.

Your data when you cancel

When you return to Free, your reports are retained for a grace period and then purged in line with our data-minimization policy; signed reports you've already downloaded or shared remain valid. See Security & trust for how we store and protect your data, and email privacy@buri.cloud to access or delete it.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page as the product evolves. Material billing changes will be reflected here and, where they affect you, communicated by email. Continuing to use a paid plan after a change means you accept the updated terms.
